Whistle Blower

All Protected Disclosures should be reported in writing or verbal mode of communication prescribed under Whistle Blower Policy, by the Whistle Blower as soon as possible after the Whistle Blower becomes aware of the same. The Protected Disclosure should be submitted along with the evidence in a closed and secured envelope. The same can be sent to the official address of the Whistle Blower Committee i.e. Whistleblower Committee, Legal Office, Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, SCO-11, First Floor, Kalgidhar Enclave, Baltana, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab-140603. The Complaint shall include the Name, Address, Employee Code, Detailed Complaint, Evidence (if any) or any other relevant document.

Alternatively, the same can also be sent through email with the subject “Protected disclosure under the Whistle Blower policy” at whistleblower@jeenasikho.net or by filling the Whistle Blower Form provided below.
