• Single-Person Use: Each QR code and voucher is valid for use by one individual only. Each reward is redeemable once per service category
• Non-Transferable: All benefits are strictly non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Misuse & Fraud: Any misuse, duplication, or fraudulent use of this voucher will lead to cancellation without notice.
• Limited-Time Offer: All rewards must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of successful QR code registration. Extensions will not be permitted.
• Availability: Redemption of offers is subject to availability of services and products at the time of request.
• Right to Modify: Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
